![]() ![]() Just to keep Jack happy, here's an autoscan from a few months ago/ This whole story leads me to two questions:ġ) Why does the VCDS installer not clean up these older versions in Windows?Ģ) How do I get rid of these bogus entries in the Windows list of installed programs? Obviously these old versions are gone, but Windows does not seem to know this fact. If I try to uninstall these old versions, it asks me if I am sure I want to uninstall version 12.12.0. In one computer, Windows seems to believe that I have Beta versions 11.3.0 and 11.8.0 as well as release versions 10.6.5, 11.11.6, and 12.12.0 installed. When I started the Windows add/remove programs in the control panel, it shows several older versions as being installed. ![]() When it installs it replaces the earlier version (11.11.6) but it does not uninstall the latest beta version (12.10.7), I had to do it manually. ![]() I just downloaded the new 12.12.0 version and installed it on several computers. ![]()
